If the Product isn't a good fit for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No detailed justification is required — just reach out and let us know.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email yassineachbar10@gmail.com with the email address and order reference used at checkout. We aim to process valid requests within 5 business days.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment processor, Creem. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the Product (see our Terms of Service) is revoked, and you agree to delete any downloaded copies of the file.

5. Fair Use

This guarantee is intended for genuine cases where the Product doesn't meet your needs. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
