These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "SEO Mastery 2026" (the "Product"), a digital ebook published by Apex Digital ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

SEO Mastery 2026 is a digital PDF ebook, delivered electronically as an instant download following successful payment. No physical product is shipped.

2. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy of the Product for your own personal or single-business use. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Product or any part of it;
Distribute, share, or upload the Product to any public or shared platform, including file-sharing sites, cloud drives with public access, or marketplaces;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice contained in the Product;
Use the Product to create a competing or substantially similar product for commercial distribution.

All content, text, structure, and design within the Product remain the intellectual property of Apex Digital unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment & Pricing

The Product is offered at a one-time price of €60, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Creem. We do not directly collect or store your card details.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

The Product provides general strategic and educational information about search engine optimization. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or guaranteed-results advice. Search engine algorithms and platform policies change over time; outcomes from applying the strategies described are not guaranteed and will vary based on your specific circumstances.

6. Updates to the Product

We may periodically revise the content of the Product. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, updates to the specific edition you purchased are not guaranteed to be provided free of charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product, including any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
